I was chatting with a good friend, late at night this time (it is now 1.21am according to my laptop) before i started writing this post. And it is rare for me to be still awake this late.

The conversation between us has intrigued me to cogitate on how much a person can change over time. Time, together with distance (not just physical), seem to have the power which is beyond one's imagination to touch on relationships. No matter how intimate it once was, time seems to be almighty in affecting a relationship. And it is grievous to realize that a person who you once knew dearly is now a total stranger to you.

Well, perhaps i should not blame time after all. Life is full of variables, always. So there is nothing in particular to be responsible for the changes in life, as that is how life is suppose to be primitively. Correct me if i am wrong, but i prefer to think of it this way as it brings an end to my wonder, which the continuation is very likely gonna be "why is human existing on earth and why am i here?" kind of philosophical questions which with my very limited knowledge and wisdom, i am never gonna arrive at a satisfying conclusion even granted an infinitely long period of time for me to cerebrate.

Another thing i loathe is misery of parting. Parting is never a delighting moment. Why hasn't natural selection exert pressure and cause its elimination? It is definitely not favourable, i presume? Hmm... Maybe that is a crucial part of nature to ensure evolution or survival of the fittest (erm, i think i start to sound not very sense already. Shouldn't be trying to be nocturnal especially when 9 o'clock is instinctively considered to be bedtime). All i want to say is, take care my friends. It is solacing just knowing you all are in this world, safe and sound.
